CHAIN seeks legal challenge after expert opinion

CHAIN have today requested that CWAC help support financially a legal challenge to the Secretary of State’s decision to grant planning permission for an Incinerator in Northwich. This move follows receipt of advice from an eminent planning QC who states that he feels that there are sufficient grounds for a legal challenge.
